We recently welcomed a client from New Caledonia, who was entering the potato chips processing industry for the first time. As an entrepreneur with no prior food processing experience, he was very interested in the potato chips industry, but he also had many questions, requiring professional guidance on every aspect, from production processes to factory construction.<\/p>\n

He had numerous questions about the potato chip production process: from pre-treatment of the raw potatoes to slicing, blanching, frying, seasoning, and packaging\u2014he wanted clear answers to every step.<\/p>\n

        Considering the client’s lack of factory construction experience, we provided a complete factory floor plan, clearly defining equipment placement, production line flow, and auxiliary facility requirements.
